From as young as I can remember, I loved hearing people's stories, learning about their lives, asking questions and helping them solve problems. I knew I wanted to be a psychologist before I had ever heard the term. This passion led me to work as a school psychologist and later in school leadership and administration. Currently, my most sacred and life-changing role is as a Mom.

In addition to my professional journey, my passion for coaching is the byproduct of my life experiences. What I didn't know as a child who dreamed of being a psychologist was that I would experience years of unhealthy and emotionally abusive relationships - chronic stress, infidelity, gaslighting, anxiety, and so much more. I was EXHAUSTED from being taken advantage of and unhappy in relationships, until I got serious about building my skills and taking action.

Through therapy, coaching, spiritual development and other tools, I decided I was worth the investment and learned to build and apply the same skills I was helping so many others with. When I did, my life changed dramatically. Relationships became supportive, safe, and joyful. I eliminated chronic migraines and fatigue, stopped walking around anxious and expecting the worse, learned to set healthy boundaries, and experienced support and nurturing from others.
I founded Posa as an offering of my professional training and my lived experience so that EVERYONE can experience a success story like mine. Better is possible, and support is available. You deserve it!

What you can expect from a coaching session with me is empathy, open-mindedness, structure, and accountability. I believe in utilizing a semi-structured process to drive change, with the client leading the way and the coach serving as a guide. There will be homework assignments between sessions and a goal setting process that helps organize our time together. Any and all methodology is adapted to the unique needs of the individual and their circumstances.

I hope to meet you soon!
